1. About WeGoNear

WeGoNear is a location discovery platform that lets people find, rate, and suggest places. These Terms & Conditions apply to the WeGoNear web admin console and the mobile app. By using WeGoNear, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

3. User Content

You may submit place details, photos, ratings, and comments. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the rights to share it.

When you submit content, you grant Megabit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting WeGoNear.

4. Image Usage Consent

If you upload photos, you agree that they may be displayed in public listings. We may resize, optimize, or crop images to fit layout requirements.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content.

• Upload content you do not have rights to use.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

• Attempt to access or disrupt WeGoNear systems or data.

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Moderation & Removal

We may review, edit, or remove content at any time to enforce these terms or comply with legal obligations. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

7. Ratings & Reviews

Ratings and comments must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that violate these terms or our guidelines.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by submitting the form at /account-deletion. We will verify your request and process it within 30 days. Ratings and comments remain in the service for integrity of listings, but are anonymized by removing your account reference.

9. Intellectual Property

WeGoNear and Megabit logos, trademarks, and branding are owned by Megabit. You may not use them without our written permission. The software and design of the service are protected by copyright and other laws.

10. Third-Party Services

WeGoNear may link to third-party services (for example, maps, websites). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

11. Availability & Changes

The service is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

WeGoNear is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megabit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of WeGoNear.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Megabit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or content you submit.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Megabit is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
