4. Public Visibility

Place details, images, ratings, and comments you submit may be visible to other users. Your email address is not displayed. If you provide a first or last name, we may display initials next to your ratings.

We may share information with service providers who help operate WeGoNear (hosting, analytics, customer support). We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce these terms, or protect users.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Account deletion requests can be submitted at /account-deletion. Once processed, your account data is removed or anonymized. Ratings and comments remain for listing integrity, but are anonymized by removing your account reference.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can be completely secure.

8. Your Choices

You may update optional profile data at any time. You can also disable location services in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.
